What Does Delayed Period Along With Stomach Bloating And Back Ache Indicate? 

i am 45 years old, ttc, and am 42 days late. My last period started 9/22/2015. I have severe bloating, slight back ache,no spotting at all, I did have light tea stain brown colored when i wiped on the days i was supposed to have my period (10/22) . I have a constant full feeling but no real desire to eat, and just today started to feel breast tenderness. Are tehse peri menopausal or possible pregnant symsptoms?

Understand your concern
Delayed period may be due to pregnancy if you had unprotected sexual intercourse, can be confirmed by blood HCG or pregnancy kit.
Other cause are: perimenopause, hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, fibroid/sdenomyosis.
Consult the gynecologist and get the following test done:
USG, Full hormone profile, endometrial biopsy
Doctor may provide following advice if there is no pregnancy for perimenopausal symptoms: Hormonal pill for estrogen and progesterone, start exercise like brisk walking, wear padded full supportive bra, avoid caffeine and fatty diet, tablet of calcium and multivitamin
